Phone, email, and remote computer support for your staff right away without having to wait for tool installation and setup.
If you'd like to augment your IT capabilities, we can install additional tools to make patching, phishing email reviews, administrator permissions, and support faster and easier for C$13/computer.
The day you sign up with ThreeShield for emergency support, we'll scan your website and up to five offices from the Internet to find problems that need immediate attention.
You don't need any more emergencies to deal with, so we'll get ahead of potential problems. However, this emergency support service does not include the comprehensive vulnerability, business process, compliance, application, and data management review that we typically perform as part of our holistic IT and comprehensive cybersecurity services.
Remote support from Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto ensures that we'll be able to maintian support through natural disasters.
